CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can only be cancelled within one hour from time of purchase by sending us an email at email@example.com
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
WHY CAN'T I TRACK MY ORDER?
-You can't track your order until you receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped with the corresponding tracking number (order numbers are NOT your tracking number)
-If you've received your tracking number and still can't track your package, please wait 7-10 days. Tracking information will not be updated regularly until it reaches your country.
-U.S orders can be tracked via the courier website. Once the package arrives in the U.S you can track it in USPS.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your online purchase. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We typically do not offer any returns but will work with you to make sure you are happy.

Everything we sell is handcrafted in shop from our master jewelers in Honolulu, Hawaii. We have over 30 years of experience working with fine hawaiian jewelry and work hard on giving you pieces that will last generations to come.

Your receipt of electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
